As far as I know, thesession.org, though an extremely useful site, does not have guitar or whistle tabs.

I don't know of any sites that do guitar or whistle tablature, but JC's tunefinder has Mna na h'Eireann(click here) in ABC, gif and various other formats which you might find useful.
