Long ago I told a 'blind' joke from the stage, and it went down so well that I told another, which went down even better.
When I came off, the compere told me that there was a coach-load of people there from a blind institution (as they were called in those less mealy-mouthed days.) They thought I was taking the micky, and loved it.

Humour of this kind is a matter of apinion.
