Thanks Hawker, I did wonder about a new thread. I expect both will co-exist for a while. I might then ask Joe to combine them.

Oh and Richard, look at the lengths Miskin will go to to give you time to get your van properly sorted and palatial, so you can arrive in a manner to which you would like to become accustomed
