   You might like to try this.

1. Page of A4.portrait rather than landscape way round.

2. Vertical line down the middle. (No,not what you think)

3. Write a short sentence of something you want now,left column.

4. Write your immediate (probably most negative) response,right col.

5. Repeat 3 - 4 - 3- 4 as much or little as you want.



   You may find that as you get out the most negative responses (it's like giving them the floor),they will slowly or steadily or gradually get weaker;could disappear;get replaced by neutral responses (keep going,like in Waiting for Godot);those in turn replaced by somethings more nourishing.


And of course,whether you try or not is entirely your affair.
