I have an awful habit of running a whole bunch of songs together, a medley, I suppose. It's a wee trick I learned in a pub one night when a fight broke out.
Anyway, it's a real nightmare for anybody playing along with me but I very often start the third set with; The Massacre of Glencoe then merge into Flower O' Scotland pick it up into Sound the Pibroch and from there I may take it to Maid of Fife, Johnny Lad, Killiecrankie
or any other tunes in "March" depending on how long I can hold onto the plectrum. I think it works really well. I even got asked back to one place but I was out and missed the phone call.
