Wolfgang - I think you got thrown off, as I did on first reading, by the words: "With a verse or two of Steven Behan's chorus" - those words are actually part of the song, not a comment on it! In other words, it is a reference within the songs to Steven Behan and his nocturnal challenges to the former B&Ts.
