All their report said was words to the effect of "driver failed to pull over for a check and absconded into Mexico." No mention of shooting, no mention of drugs, no mention of the driver being armed, no mention of emptying a weapon, reloading and continuing to fire. One of them picked up the empty shell casings, presumably so no one else would see them. Police officer cannot cover up this kind of thing!
