They're the latest highway engineering fad! We have three or four here; Chubbuck (just across the street from Pocatello) put one in because Pocatello had one!

Pocatello's is in a shopping area and fairly large; Chubbuck's is on a well-traveled street and is small with a pyramidal center. A few months ago a local lad, somewhat the worse for the beer, managed to hang his Honda Civic up on the top of the pyramid....
