Took me three years to get Dupont Circle figured out. I finally managed to at 7:10 am one Sunday morning where I was the only car there, just driving around and around and around and around till I could determine the pattern.

There are a couple of places where all the lights in all directions are red simultaneously then all the lights in all directions are green simultaneously. I reported that twice, a year ago.

The fountain is pretty though! <>>
