According to allmusic.com's classification, The Tossers are a post-punk Celtic-rock band from Chicago.

I listened to a 30-second sound sample at shopping.yahoo.com/music, and heard about the first 1 1/2 verses. The tune sounds like ROSIN THE BEAU.
