Condoms have been mentioned of course but how many end up unfullfilled (come on be honest!)

As we all get older and time makes no allowance for failing eye sight, hearing, memory, virility, capacity to drink, mobility, speech and coordination etc etc what else needs to be added to the list of what we need to pack to overcome/disguise such ailments or things we need to do to before major folk events to conceal or repair the aging process??
