ALPHA brainwaves are in the range of 7 to 12 cycles per second. This is a pattern which prevents concentration.
I think this is my permanent pattern! Now all I have to do is change them to -
BETA brainwaves range from 13 to 27 cycles per second. These patterns allow us to analyze things and situations. Associated with alert mental activity.
