On the issue of Minica Goodling invoking the 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination, the letter from her attorneys detailing the rationale therefore is full of obscure rationalizations which add up to "I don't want to testify because they think I am going to lie" and "I don't want to testify because they will charge me with perjury afterwards."

These, surely, are not the grounds on which the 5th Amendment can be legally invoked, but it makes for an entertaining tap-dance.
