Wow!

I've always wanted to know more about the mysterious Mr. Langhorne, ever since I saw his name on the "Bringing It All Back Home" album cover, and connected it with the terrific playing in the grooves of that record. I have always been especially crazy about Bruce's guitar part on "Love Minus Zero."

Until now, his interview appearances in Scorcese's "No Direction Home" constituted my only source of info. The above article includes a lot more information. For one thing, I never know that he was missing any fingers!

Reading between the lines: the historic guitar that he almost sold is described as a Martin; it has to have been a Martin electric, quite a rare instrument, if I correctly understand the description of the memorable recorded chords it struck...
