If you search through the dated list of "snapshots" of the PoGo website, you MAY find one which has a live download of the software you need to install.
You may not be lucky, but the Wayback Machine sometimes comes up with the goods. A lot depends on whether the links went directly to a "real" location which has been copied as part of the archive, or if they just run a script which takes you somewhere the Archive isn't able to access and store.
