Sigh. I am becoming a Majestic Elder, nothing tree-ish about it. I have a deep voice, graying temples, accrued Wisdom, crinkly laugh lines, bright shoe-button eyes, pthe Patience that Comes from Seeing Much of Life, a long checklist of Interesting Experience, a huge collection of Wise Clichés, and a bent frame, man. All the qualifications. Plus steely determination and hard-earned courage in the face of adversity. Definitely Majestic Elder material.
