Thank you all for kind thoughts and your messages of support. We are currently wrangling with the red tape to get his body returned to the UK so that we can make all the necessary arrangements. It is heartbreaking talking to his youngest son who keeps saying "it might be a bad mistake Uncle Frank" We are unsure of how to plan the funeral as there will be a lot of pressure/demand for a big affair perhaps even military as he had remained on the reserve list. One thing is certain is that we will sing him out big style. When we buried my other brother Martin 2 years ago he went out to a Dropkick Murphy song..The Torch......Foggy Mountain Cock- Up (my own version of a better known tune!!) The time of you life - Greenday and May You Never the John Martyn classic. We hope to do justice to Paul in the same way with some other classics........
