I too have had the honor and privledge to meet and talk with Phil at Rainy Camp. He and Hilda were folks I always looked forward to seeing again. A wealth of information on most any area folk songs and now I realize that I had only seen the surface of his vast knowledge. Like Stewart mentioned, always had a kind word.
