Well, I have to say I have received a Confidential E-Mail from Sarah, don't think I will be betraying a confidence if I were to say that whilst a folk show of some sorts is not dead and buried the two hour slot on Wednesdays and the format, as was, is there only in name and not in substance. Sad.
Someone had said they had heard us get a mention one Sunday afternoon on Radio York, strange for a Sunday, it would be fanciful to think that Michael may have chosen "The Parting Glass" from our cd to play himself out, Michael was such a brilliant supporter of local performers it would be just the sort of thing he might have done, dunno, I'll ask him.
