might help on a personal note theres an open mike at The Musician in Leicester on Monday night Tues night - remember the roads are fast after rush hour. Get the south ringroad up to junction 21 on the m1. North to junction 25. the a52 to derby. take the spondon turn off. locko road the vernon arms, tues nights - a terrific club.
wednesday night there is Ilkeston folk club at the rugby club
