"Bush spent enough to get the USA about 7 TRILLION dollars in debt"

That would be true IF the national debt was $0 when Bush took office and if he nad not inherited the 2001 spending budget of the Clinton dministration or the recession that began in 2000.

That 7 trillion started out from zero in 1835. Since then the value of a dollar has decreased, the population has increased and the gross national product has increased.
