I think it is a line that is difficult to deal with. Don't say enough and people will complain that we are unfeeling and don't care about the victims of the tragedy. Talk too much and we're glorifying the killer. I think the thing that bothers me is the way it is done. Like, why do we have to put a dramatic name on the story? Do we have to start the coverage with a dramatic logo and a saying like, "Massacre at Virginia Tech"? I know, I know, without it viewers might watch another news outlet and it's all about the ratings.

I don't know the answer but I know the whole thing is disturbing...as if the incident itself wasn't disturbing enough.
