Gary, you have to work a little harder. Somehow I don't think this feature (which I've never heard of) is a public access thing, since the Mudcat is sensitive to copyright concerns which have provoked some rather silly threats from certain music publishers' lawyers (for posting just lyrics, not MP3's). Many of us submit MP3's of our own recordings (original and trad) to the Mudcat for Mudcat Radio, which is probably what the Mudcat MP3 Library is, but that does not include as far as I know blanket permission to post them for download. (although many could be had for the asking, if you knew who to ask and what to ask for...) For specifics ask Max, (max@mudcat.org) he's the proprietor of the Cat, and a pretty swell guy too.
