You need to consult an unbiased expert to establish a fair price. I surmise that if a similar period OO-21 like the one I found above goes for $5000 (assuming a bit of haggling from the asking price of 5500), 3-4000 might be ballpark for an OO-18 in good shape. Just a guess. I suspect it's more of a collectors' than a players' market, and for better or worse the O-series 18's are not the most sought-after by collectors, although neither are they disdained. The more O's, the better the price.
