Dave's Wife, Numa, the puppy was found. I had posted a thread about her, sorry you must've missed it. She was mysteriously turned into the animal shelter the day before Thanksgiving by people who said their "friend" decided they couldn't keep her, so we had her back for that holiday and believe me we were giving thanks! The fence has been rebuilt, with new posts cemented in place and nobody wanders any more. Of course they still stay inside when no one is home. Thanks for your concern.

I think I have good news. Nanny Dizzy has had her first round of meds and my dau. reports she is MUCH better, so I hope it's just some kind of infection which caused some head swelling and she will heal up, quickly and completely. Please keep sending good thoughts, hope (thanks, Skipy) etc. as we KNOW they help, everytime!
