Les Barker is 100% for material but -100% for presentation.

My vote would have been Artisan, except sadly they're not performing together any more.

Show of Hands have some pretty good inter-song banter too, and it generally seems spontaneous, unlike others where it's pre-rehearsed. Cloudstreet (now moved back to Oz, I think) are also good. I'd not say they were funny acts as in presenting comic material though.

Past funny people would have to include Jake Thackray somewhere close to the top of the list.
