As far as I know from history the crowns of Scotland and England were united in 1603 and at the time of Flora MacDonald there was a Great Britain, parliament and crown. You appear to be very ill informed of your own history so maybe the English need a parliament of their own to prevent people like you thinking Westminster and the Crown belongs to England. Very sad.
