Some friends with wide-ranging music tastes are visiting the California/Nevada area of the US between 9th and 30th May and asked me to ask for the advice and assistance of the Mudcat on where to hear Music. "We are a party of 4 From England and will be touring in California/Nevada bfrom 9th to 30th of May. We would like to enjoy any of the following during our visit
Folk Music
Sea Shanties
Dixieland Jazz
Old style Blues
Western Swing
We will probably visit most or all of the following cities
San Francisco
Los Angeles
Santa Barbara
Long Beach
Sab Diego
Las Vegas
Reno
South Lake Tahoe
If you know or can recommend any venues in or near any of those cities we woould be Very Grateful if you could either send or put details here where we could see it while we are travelling
