Subject: RE: Suggestions wanted for Kendall's new CD
We are still digging, problem is, many of the cuts are just too bad to use. I did $5.00 fine at the Cecil Sharp Folk club in London, but the audience was so noisy, singing off key, etc They were having a hell of a good time, but I hesitate to put it out.
Here's what I have so far:

Rambles of Spring. (Tommy Makem)
The Minstrel Show ( Bob Coltman)
Lonesome Robin    (Bob Coltman)
Who's Gonna Buy You Ribbons (Paul Clayton)
Rye Whiskey Joe    (Bill Stains)
Old Buddy Goodnight (Utah Phillips)
Faded Roses of December (Utah Phillips)
Last Letter Home (McDade/Brown)

I remember Loving You (Utah Phillips)
I Don't Look Good Naked Anymore (Sheb Wooley)
Patrick Spencer (Bob Clayton)
Grig a Lee, Grig a Loo (Matt McGinn)

Back in the 70's I did some Bluegrass, and I have a CD that three friends backed me on. Some of the cuts:

My Little Darling
Jesse James
Gold Watch and Chain

And a few that Jacqui doesn't like. ( For subject matter, not performance)
I Wonder Where You Are Tonight
The Girl I left In Sunny Tennessee
Over The Hill To The Poorhouse

I told her, "If the girl is alive at the end of the song, it ain't bluegrass (or folk)
