Her ten facets of fascism are convincing as a list of symptoms, but I would offer that althoguh Bush's administration has tried for 10/10, his successes (like his war on terror) are watery versions of the full-blown state of Fascism. But there's no qiestion he's been dabbling with all ten of 'em.
