It is probelmatic, IMO, whether Rice or her team (above her or below her) has the diplomatic sense to create and maintain an effective dialogue amongst these edgy particpants. I would love to see a renewal of the Camp David program, which at least proved itself effective in a couple of instances. The force of arms is an absolutely pathetic and reprehensible solution, a piss-ant substitute for honest communication.
