Re: collapsed freeway--the last couple of days have been the easiest commutes I've ever had, probably because everybody is on BART. The way from the East Bay to San Francisco is the same, and only small detours are needed on the way back if you are headed toward Oakland. The route to Berkeley is unaffected.

I will be out of town for the first bit of June, but may be back before you leave, Barry. I would love to hear you sing again!
