Nick - once you've got the abc the other conversions are trivial - there are programs that do all of them. You could create your own whistle tabs from the hundreds of thousands (I think) of abc files available online. You need one of the programs I referred to above - abcm2ps is my own preference. That generates postscript from the abc and optionally can include whistle tabs in the output. You can print this directly if you have a postscript interpreter -Ghostscript/Ghostview is one that's widely used, and this can generate pdf or image files from the postscript file.

These programs are all free and and available on most platforms - you can do a web search to get them if you haven't already.

(There are plenty of programs that handle abc files with various options - I have 20-odd on my system, though I rarely use any of them apart from abcm2ps and abc2midi. Without looking through all of them I can't say offhand if any of the others can give you whistle tab directly. You can have a look at abcnotation the (new) homepage of the originator for other abc software.)
