I agree John, that it may not be worth it to rebuild Greensburg. It has lost its schools, city hall, churches and hospital.

However, anyone who bought a house and has a mortgage is still the owner of the wreckage and the land, now useless. They still owe a bank many thousands. What will be done about that?
