This brings up a mildly sore point with me: There seems to be no market or restaurant that will enable me to dine on either of two staples of American folksong: possum (with sweet potatoes) or groundhog (or, since I am posting from New England, woodchuck). (The two ads that Google has attached to this thread are not helpful.) Why is that?
