The Grand Turk--what an amazing place for a concert ( not to mention the fact that all the singers and players were terrific)....I'll certainly be at Folk Week, in fact, one of my ulterior motives for going to the Moor & Coast fest was to find a cheaper B&B for August.

Unfortunately I'm still too much of a beginner to join in a tune session in a pub. Hey--could anyone suggest three old favourite tunes that get played in sessions that I could learn on the mandolin before August??
