Oh Kendall -- the very happiest of days to one of my favorite people. I still remember meeting you when you turned up with Sinsull to look at a house (she was buying not you ...) and all I could say was --- 'are you Kendall Morse, THE Kendall Morse...... oh my, please sit next to me and talk while I totally ignore my client and relegate her to the back seat of the car.....'

And what a pleasure it was to come to your house to list it for you and find is stuffed with wonderful music -- yours is the first house (apart from mine) that I have found Eric Bogle music in!!!!

And to have become part of your circle of friends and to really get to know you (and Jacqui, Tami, Sinsull, Curmudgeon, the Bat Goddess etc) - a delight. OK - have a I been sycophantic enough.....?????
