Has Canada been blamed for the world's bad weather yet?

Actually, a folk tradition has always been that Nebraska is responsible for the northward drift of bad weather into Kansas.

Perhaps you've hit on a better answer, that it's not Nebraska, but that

          Nebraska ^^Canada Sucks.

Somehow though, I doubt that our extremely talented and capable weather persons will find that a credible explanation.
