I know that everyone involved with the Festival will join me in sending condolences to all Pete's family and many friends. My fondest memories are of the wonderful phone calls when we tried to organise Slattery's gigs for the programme, and I know that Pete's music and humour will have touched hundreds of others over his many years at the Festival. We shall all miss him
