I am reminded of a Coast Guard agent who used to give public relations pitches at the boat shows around my area. He urged that every boater should always have at least one beer can on board.

As "drinking while boating" has about the same reputation as drinking while driving, this usually gave him the opportunity to cite the statistic that 80 percent (or some such current number) of drowned boaters the the CG had to pull out of the lakes had their fly open when recovered.

Trying to piss over the side rail, lost their balance, boat in motion gets too far away to catch, and you're dead.

Pee in the can, and pour it over the side.
