It takes time to make, and even more time to grow the plants which are used to make it. It is not correct to usurp the work of another without reimbursing the other or at the very least asking permission to take or use it.

It will not matter if "Shane" is dressed in clothing such as that in which he was found, as this planet does not differentiate between the sexes (we have two) in that way. Thus any article of clothing you might extract and which fits him would be correct.
