Nope. The term is "cut and paste," even if you happen to be doing a copy and paste. That's just what it's called. (And of course, even if you cut once, you paste many times. . . )

I refer you to How To Copy and Paste at webmasternow.com and also this article at the highly acclaimed Wikipedia site which makes the distinction between the two. You cannot cut from a document to which you cannot make changes, such as a message board. You can only copy.
