You said a "stable government" would be a result of "winning" If you cannot describe what a stable government in Iraq would look like, it will unfortunately be obvious that you have no idea. And then the suspicion might arise that you plan for the US military to stay in Iraq-- in close to its current numbers-- for the forseeable future.

In that case, I suggest that you volunteer on behalf of yourself and your family for Iraq duty.

Many of the rest of us do not feel an open-ended commitment in Iraq is a good idea. Look for instance at how many members of the Bush and Cheney families are stationed in Iraq.
