I think they would definitely need them in Mass., Mmario - from what I've seen of the driving down there! Seems crazy not to enforce it all over the States, given the possible economic cost of the possible injuries. Having workied in motor injury claims I would like to see it made mandatory that riders wear full leathers as well - those injuries can be horrific.
