As far as I can recall, he was a second-rate artist who attempted to bathe in reflected glory. When he recorded in 1937, Floyd 'Dipper Boy' Council styled himself 'Blind Boy Fuller's Buddy' and, following Peetie Wheatstraw's designation as 'The Devil's Son-in-Law', he called himself 'The Devil's Daddy-in-Law'. According to Dixon and Godrich, he recorded 8 sides in 1937, 2 of which were unissued. I don't know whether any of his output is extant.--Stewie.
