Don - Thanks for the explanation. I think you are probably right. Unfortunately, the Bush propaganda machine is very slick and has made it appear that Congress has no guts. I also think that it is a very dangerous game to play because the Dems could end up with the whole mess in their laps.

I'm more interested in seeing Cheney and then Bush, impeached. If that doesn't work, I would hope that someone in this wide world of ours will try them for crimes against humanity. It certainly appears that the Dems are powerless to stop this evil.
