I'm not sure who posted this but they should have stressed that this is first and foremost a charity event with money being raised to support Hospice Care in the area.

IT IS NOT A CHEAP EQUIVALENT FOR A FOLK FESTIVAL.

There are two such events each year and last year due to an enormous amount of work from the Wilkinson family and friends, over £10,500 was raised.

Because Tranmire is a hamlet on the moors many maps do not recognise it so Ugthorpe, which is the nearest village, would be a good alternative.
