I attended a college reunion dinner last night which was wonderful. I ordered the Pawn salad for starters. Boy today do I regret it !

A friend who stayed over with me last night also had them and is also suffering today.

Really one just can't be careful enough of seafood this time of year.

I spoke to a friend by phone this morning and he said to take plenty of Epsom Salts. I can thoroughly recommend this treatment.
