I've always heard, like Mbo, that "White Christmas" was far and away the top single in total sales. I've got to agree with Steve about Jacks' song. The chorus wasn't too awful--the first time. It gets increasingly grating with each repitition. The verses, however, are bad enough to cause flinching on the first hearing, and each successive verse gets worse. Then again, I guess a lot of people liked it--no accounting for taste.
