They have very large loops on wands that rest in a circular pan and the idea is to step inside the circle and have someone lift the wand and for a few moments you're inside the bubble. I've seen this apparatus in places like the local Science and Natural History museum in the kids area. You might have to check around with one of those places if this is the kind of bubble you're trying to generate.
